Return & Exchange Policy

At Snooze Bedding & Linen, we always strive to provide the best quality products and customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:

Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).

Cases Where Customer Pays Return Shipping

If the reason for return or exchange is change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost.

Cases Where We Cover Shipping Cost

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or there was an error with the order, we will cover all return or exchange shipping costs.

Refund Method

Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued through one of the following methods:

  • Store Credit to be used on future purchases.
  • Instapay Transfer to the customer’s provided account details.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse.
  • Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable).
