1- Make sure that the product on it's original condition.
2- Submit a return request by E-mail (Customer-care@tiba-snooze.com), website or facebook message within 14 days from order recieving.
3- We will send the currier to recieve the item from your home & transfer your money to your bank account within 2 working days.
